Study program Bachelor of Informatics has been designed in accordance with the Law on Higher Education and Bologna Declaration. Its main objective is to provide comprehensive and quality education, as well as to prepare generations of young professionals for successful business and/or academic careers in the field of informatics and computer science.

BKF University of Applied Sciences, Budapest entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with a Serbian higher education institution, University Business Academy (UBA). BKF’s Knowledge Centre, founded at the end of May, is the cornerstone of the long-term cooperation between the two institutions.

This international agreement covers the exchange of teaching staff and there are plans to launch joint programs in Serbia in English, Serbian and Hungarian.

The Knowledge Centre in Novi Sad is housed in the buildings of FIMEK (Faculty of Economics and Engineering) which will potentially function as a campus and/or a research centre in the future.

UBA is the first accredited private university in Vojvodina. Similarly to BKF, the core values of their teaching practices are education which is modern and reflects market demands, and also international approach.

The signing ceremony of the agreement was attended by CEO Pál István Kiss and General Vice-Rector Árpád Papp-Váry on behalf of BKF, while Owner Marko Caric and Vice Dean Dragan Ilic on behalf of UBA and FIMEK.

Doctoral studies last three years and upon completion students acquire 180 ECTS points as well as the title of a DOCTOR OF ECONOMIC SCIENCES, or DOCTOR OF SCIENCES in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING/ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT or DOCTOR OF SCIENCE - ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND COMPUTER SCIENCE

Conditions for enrolment in these studies imply the previously completed undergraduate and master’s studies as well as the acquired 300 ECTS points.

Master’s degree study programmes last 1 year and upon their completion students acquire the total of 300 ECTS points as well as the title of MASTER OF ECONOMICS, MASTER OF ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT IN AGRIBUSINESS and MASTER OF INFORMATICS.

Enrolment requirements for these studies imply the previously completed undergraduate academic studies and acquired 240 ECTS points.

Undergraduate academic studies last four years and upon completion students earn a total number of 240 ECTS points and the following degrees: BACHELOR OF ECONOMIC SCIENCES, BACHELOR OF MANAGEMENT, BACHELOR OF ECOLOGY and BACHELOR OF INFORMATICS.

Enrollment requirements include the previously completed four years of secondary school and passed entrance exam.
